Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All of our orders are shipped via USPS. At this time, we are not shipping orders outside of the continental United States.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 Business days)
  • Next Day Shipping (1-2 Business days)
Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. The items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels still attached. To start a return, please email SHOP@RYANROBERTS.COM or fill out the form at the end of this page.

Please include:

  • Name & Email

  • Order Number

  • Item(s) being returned

We will then email you a return label. We charge you for return postage & will deduct it from your credit card refund. 

  • To return your package via the US Postal Service or your postal carrier, remove the USPS label and affix to your package.
  • Please seal the package securely.
  • Please retain the tracking number for your records
  • Ship!

We'll send you a confirmation email once the package arrives in our facility.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We'll send you an email once the item(s) have been received and refund has been processed

Exchanges

We offer a 14-day exchange policy. We only offer exchanges for the same garment in a different size. To start an exchange for your item please email SHOP@RYANROBERTS.COM or fill out the form at the end of this page.

  • Order Number

  • Desired Size

Canceling or changing an order. 

Changed your mind? No worries, just email SHOP@RYANROBERTS.COM or fill out the form at the end of this page within one day of placing your order. Please include:

  • Name & Email
  • Order Number

 We will do our best to accommodate your order! 

Damaged or Defective orders.

If you have a defective or damaged item, please email SHOP@RYANROBERTS.COM or fill out the form at the end of this page. If possible, email us a photo of the defective or damaged area and include your order number.

We'll do our best to resolve the issue!
